AI CRM Builder

Mythex is a CRM builder you talk to: describe your contacts, deal stages and follow-ups, and it builds your own CRM with a pipeline board and a real database behind it. Most small teams use a fraction of a big CRM, so this one holds only the fields you need.

Who it's for

Freelancers, agencies and small sales teams who outgrew a spreadsheet but find a full CRM heavy and expensive for what they use. It also suits businesses whose process doesn't fit a standard pipeline, such as recruiters, property agents or event planners tracking bookings.

What you can build

  • Contacts and companies with notes and tags
  • A deal pipeline you drag between stages
  • Follow-up dates with an overdue list
  • A recruiter pipeline of candidates and roles
  • A lead form on your website that feeds the CRM

Build your own CRM with AI in an afternoon

Start with two things: contacts and deals. Tell Mythex the fields each one has and the stages a deal moves through, and it builds list and detail pages, create and edit forms, and a board for the pipeline. Seed a handful of realistic rows so the preview isn't empty, then add filters, owners or activity history in later messages rather than in one giant prompt.

  • Name the fields for contacts and deals
  • List your pipeline stages
  • Check the board in the preview
  • Add filters and reminders one at a time

Custom fields without a settings maze

In a packaged CRM, a new field means a trip through admin settings. Here it is one message: "add a lead source dropdown" or "track contract renewal dates on companies". Because the CRM is your own code and database, the structure can follow your business instead of a vendor's template, and you can rename stages whenever your process changes. Existing records stay in place when you add a field, so nothing is lost along the way.

What a custom CRM won't do out of the box

A CRM you build is a focused tool, not a sales suite. Email sequences, a phone dialer and two-way Salesforce sync are not included; if you need those on day one, a hosted CRM is the better choice. Sending an email when a deal changes stage is possible through a connected Gmail account or an email API you choose, and CSV import covers moving your existing contacts in.

A prompt to start from

Build a simple CRM for a small agency. Contacts have name, email, company, phone and tags; deals have title, value, stage (lead, proposal, negotiation, won, lost) and a follow-up date. Show deals on a drag-and-drop pipeline board, add notes on each contact, and list overdue follow-ups on the home page. Use a database.

Questions

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes. Ask Mythex to add a CSV import, then upload the export from your spreadsheet or current CRM. It maps the columns to your fields and saves the rows in the project database.

Can my whole team use the CRM?

Yes. Ask for sign-up and login and Mythex adds them to the app using the approach you choose, with each user stored in your database. You can then ask for owners on deals and a filter for "my deals".

Is a custom CRM cheaper than a CRM subscription?

It can be, because you pay for Mythex rather than per seat: Free to start, or Pro at $25/month for a custom domain and code export. Hosting and the database are paid from the monthly Cloud credits included in each plan.

Should I build a CRM or buy one?

Buy one if you need sequences, calling or deep integrations with other sales tools straight away. Build one when your process is specific, your team is small, and you mostly need contacts, a pipeline and reminders that fit how you work.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe what you want in plain language and Mythex writes the code, shows a live preview, and lets you change things by chatting. The code editor and terminal are there if you ever want them.

Do I have to explain my business every time?

No. Mythex remembers who you are and how you work across every project, and follows the standing notes you set for a project, so you are not re-briefing it in each new chat. You can read, edit or switch all of it off.

How much does it cost?

There is a Free plan with daily credits, enough to build and publish a first version. Pro is $25/month and adds full code editing, GitHub export, custom domains, and credit top-ups.
