Galleries that do not expire

File-sharing links that die after a week are the most common complaint photographers hear months later. Store finished images in the app's private storage, show each gallery only to its client, and decide yourself how long it stays up. A client who returns a year on to download a photo is also a client who might order an album.

The questionnaire that saves the day

Send the planning form three or four weeks before the shoot. For weddings, ask for the order of the day, venue addresses, the family groups with names and anyone who must not be photographed together. For brand shoots, ask for the shot list, usage, and who signs off. Answers sit in the portal where you can read them on the morning of the shoot.

Privacy for clients and their guests

Galleries often contain guests and children who never agreed to be online. Keep every gallery behind login, make sure one client cannot open another's by editing a link, and ask before using images on your public site. Can each client see only their own gallery?

Yes. Ask for per-client access and Mythex limits every gallery and record to the signed-in client. Changing a link does not show someone else's photos.

How much storage do galleries use?

Files are stored in the app's storage, paid from your monthly Cloud credits. A busy wedding season of full galleries will use more, so many photographers store web-sized versions and keep originals elsewhere.

Can clients choose images for retouching?

Yes. Add favourites with a limit and a deadline, and you see the final selection in the staff view.

Can I put the portal on my own domain?

Yes, on Pro at $25/month, for example clients.yourstudio.com. On Free it publishes to a Mythex address.

Do I need to code?

No. You describe the portal and change it by chatting. The code is there if you ever want to look at it.
