Yes, on Pro. On the Free plan the platform is published to a Mythex address.

Can students use it on their phones?

Yes, in any phone browser. On Pro, Mythex can also turn your published platform into Android and iPhone apps that open it.

Do I need to code?

No. You describe your courses and launches and change them by chatting. The code is there if you want it, and on Pro you can export it.
