A Lash and Brow Studio App That Remembers Every Lash Map and Patch Test

Mythex builds a lash and brow studio's booking site, client records and stock lists around the things index cards lose: the patch test date, the lash map, the infill window and the next appointment. You describe your treatments, technicians and rules in chat, check it in the live preview, and publish with a real database.

Why lash studios outgrow index cards

A lash business is a rebooking business. Extension clients come back for infills every two to three weeks, lifts and lamination every six to eight, and the studio is only busy if those dates are booked before the client leaves. Every new client needs a patch test a set time before their first set, and every technician keeps a lash map with curl, lengths and thickness that the next technician needs too. When a client books an 'infill' five weeks later, the technician walks into a near-full set with half the time. Bookings arrive through social messages. A studio needs these rules enforced at booking and the client's history on screen at the chair.

  • Patch test booked and passed before a first full set
  • Infills only within the window, otherwise a full set
  • Lash map per client: curl, lengths, thickness, style
  • Deposits on first sets and no-show fees
  • Rebooking before the client leaves
  • Adhesive open dates and batch numbers

What you can build for lash and brow studios

Booking that enforces the patch test and infill window

New clients can only book a full set a minimum gap after a patch test. Infills are offered only within your window of the last visit; past that, the client is offered a full-set slot with the reason shown. Classic, hybrid and volume have their own durations, and clients can choose their usual technician.

Build a booking system for my lash and brow studio. New clients must book a patch test at least 48 hours before their first full set. Infills can be booked only within 21 days of the last set; after that, offer a full set instead and explain why. Classic is 2 hours, hybrid 2.5, volume 3, and clients pick a technician. Take a deposit on first full sets.

Client records with the lash map and the patch test product

Each client keeps their lash map, the date and product of their patch test, any reactions or sensitivities, and their last visit date. If you change adhesive brand, the CRM lists who needs a new patch test. A weekly view shows clients past their infill window who have not rebooked.

Make a client CRM for a lash studio. Each client has a lash map (curl, lengths, thickness, style), patch test date and the adhesive used, reactions noted, and last visit. Show clients overdue for an infill, and when I mark an adhesive as discontinued, list clients whose patch test used it.

A studio site with named styles and a clear patch test policy

Each treatment shows its duration and how often it needs an infill or repeat. The gallery labels every photo with the set style and lengths, so a screenshot becomes a precise request. The patch test policy and aftercare for extensions, lifts and lamination sit on their own pages.

Build a website for my lash and brow studio with treatments (lash extensions, lash lift, brow lamination, infills) showing duration and repeat interval, a gallery where each photo is labelled with style and lengths, our patch test policy, aftercare pages per treatment, and a book now button.

Infill memberships priced on two visits a month

Members pay monthly for a set number of infills, get priority on Saturdays and pre-holiday weeks, and know that missed visits do not carry over. Brow memberships run separately from lash ones.

Create a membership for my lash studio: a monthly plan with two infills per month, priority booking on Saturdays, unused visits expire at month end, and a separate brow plan with one lamination every six weeks. Members see visits left this month.

Stock that tracks adhesive open dates

Count lash trays by curl, length and thickness, log the date each adhesive bottle is opened, and track lift and lamination solutions by batch. Retail aftercare stock is counted separately from treatment supplies so you know what you are selling versus using.

Build an inventory app for my lash studio. Lash trays tracked by curl, length and thickness with reorder points, adhesive bottles with batch and opened date and a warning 4 weeks after opening, lift and lamination solutions by batch, and retail aftercare products counted separately.

Rebooking rate by technician

See the share of clients who booked their next infill before leaving, revenue per technician split into new sets and infills, and clients lapsed past the window. Rebooking is the number to coach on.

Make a dashboard for my lash studio showing rebooking rate at checkout per technician, revenue per technician split between full sets and infills, full sets versus infills per month, and clients who have lapsed beyond the infill window.

Consent, reactions and client records

Lash and brow work involves the eye area, adhesives and chemical solutions, so you will hold consent forms, patch test results and notes on reactions. Ask for signed digital consent stored on the client record, technician logins, and private storage for any photos. Mythex builds the app; the beauty licensing and data protection rules where you work are yours to follow.

Moving the index cards across

Start with clients booked in the next three weeks: enter their lash map, patch test date and product, and last visit. Switch on the patch test and infill rules for new bookings. Over the following month, add each remaining client's card as they come in, at the chair, so the data is checked by the technician who knows them.

  • Next three weeks of clients first
  • Rules on for new bookings straight away
  • Remaining cards entered at each visit
