A Client Portal, Booking Page and Website for Your Coaching Practice

Mythex lets a business coach build a website that names the owners you work with, a discovery call page that asks the right questions first, and a client portal that holds every session's notes, actions and goals. You describe your programmes, check them in a live preview, and publish to your own link.

One place for each client's commitments

A typical engagement runs three to twelve months with a session every fortnight, and the value is in what happens between calls: the actions the founder agreed to, the numbers they said they would move, the hiring decision they kept postponing. Right now those notes sit in a separate document per client, the actions are in an email, and the next session is in a calendar. Leads arrive from referrals, talks, podcasts and LinkedIn, almost always through a free discovery call. Group programmes, strategy days and masterminds add seats, cohorts and renewals to keep track of on top of one-to-one work.

  • Session notes, actions and due dates per client
  • Discovery calls screened before they reach your calendar
  • Sessions used against the engagement, with renewal dates
  • Referral partners linked to the clients they send
  • Monthly billing for fixed-length engagements

What you can build for business coaches

A client portal that carries the work between sessions

Each client signs in to see past session notes, the actions they agreed with due dates, their goals and key numbers, and the worksheets you have shared. Before each call they fill in a short update of wins, blockers and focus, so you open the session already knowing where to start.

Build a client portal for my business coaching practice. Each client logs in to see session notes, action points with due dates they can tick off, three goals with a monthly number for each, and files I share. Before every session they submit an update with wins, blockers and what they want to focus on.

Discovery calls with two questions up front

Free discovery calls ask for annual revenue and the main challenge, which filters out people you cannot help and lets you prepare. Paid sessions only open to signed-in clients with sessions left, strategy days book a full day weeks ahead, and a buffer after each call leaves time to write notes.

Make a booking system for my coaching practice. Anyone can book a free 30-minute discovery call after answering annual revenue and their biggest challenge. Current clients log in to book 60-minute sessions only if they have sessions remaining. Strategy days are full-day bookings at least three weeks ahead. Add 15 minutes of buffer after every call.

A website that says exactly who you coach

Name the owner you serve best, such as service businesses with ten to fifty staff, on the home page. Programme pages explain length, session frequency and what happens between sessions. Named client stories, used with permission, and a discovery call button on every page do the rest.

Create a website for my business coaching practice aimed at owners of service businesses with 10 to 50 staff. Include programme pages for one-to-one coaching, a group programme and strategy days with length and session frequency, case study pages with the client's situation and outcome, and a 'book a discovery call' button on every page.

A pipeline that knows where clients come from

Record each lead's source and business size, then track the engagement once they sign: programme, start date, sessions used and renewal date. Accountants and other advisers who send work get their own records, with a count of clients each one has referred.

Build a CRM for my coaching practice. Leads have source (referral, talk, podcast, LinkedIn), business name and staff count. Clients have programme, start date, sessions included, sessions used and renewal date. Referral partners are their own contacts, and each client links to the partner who referred them.

Group programme lessons released week by week

Each module unlocks on a schedule tied to the live group call, with templates and exercises attached. You see who has fallen behind before the next call. The same setup can run an evergreen course for owners who are not ready for coaching yet.

Make a course area for my 8-week group coaching programme. One module unlocks each Monday from the cohort start date, each with a video, a worksheet download and an exercise to submit. Show me which participants haven't completed the current module.

Mastermind seats with an application step

Members apply, you approve, and each group has a seat limit, a meeting schedule, resources and member profiles. Renewals line up with the mastermind year; recurring charges need a payment provider account of your own.

Create a mastermind membership for my coaching practice. People apply with business size and revenue; I approve them into a group of up to 8. Members see the meeting calendar, shared resources and each other's profiles. Show renewal dates for every member.

From a doc per client to one portal

Most coaches start with a folder of notes documents and a spreadsheet of who has how many sessions left. Move one active client into the portal first: paste their goals, the last few sessions' notes and open actions. Use it for two sessions, then bring the rest across. Once clients add their own pre-session updates, the portal becomes a record of progress you can review together at the end of the engagement, which is also the natural moment to talk about renewing.

  • Goals and the numbers behind them
  • Notes and actions from the last three sessions
  • Sessions included, used and the renewal date

Keep client details private

Clients tell a coach things about their business they tell nobody else: margins, staff problems, plans to sell. Each client should only ever see their own notes, so ask for login-protected portal pages and check in the preview that one client cannot open another's record. Get written permission before any result appears in a public case study.

Questions

Can clients see their action points between sessions?

Yes. Actions from each session are listed with due dates in the client's portal, and they tick them off when done. You see what is still open before the next call.

Can only current clients book paid sessions?

Yes. Paid session booking can require a login and check how many sessions are left in the engagement before showing any slots.

Can I bill an engagement monthly?

Yes. Set up an engagement with a number of monthly invoices and they are created on schedule. To charge cards automatically, connect a payment provider account of your own.

Can a landing page give away a planning template?

Yes. After someone signs up, the thank-you page offers the file and the email is saved to your database, ready for follow-up.

Do I need to code?

No. You describe what you want in plain language and Mythex builds it with a live preview. You change anything by chatting.

Is it free?

You can build and publish on the Free plan with daily credits and no card. Pro is $25/month and adds a custom domain, code editing, export and more credits.
