Can customers reserve a unit online?

Yes. They choose a size and type and a move-in date. The reservation can expire automatically if they do not move in within your window.

Can tenants pay rent online?

The portal shows balance and payment history. Taking card or autopay payments needs a payment provider you connect with your own account.

Can it control my gate?

Mythex can show each tenant their gate code. Linking to a gate access system depends on that system having an API, which you would connect yourself.

Can I manage several facilities?

Yes. Add a facility to each unit and tenant, give managers logins per site, and add a directory page that lets customers compare locations.
