Real Estate Agency Software Built from a Chat: Listings, Viewings, Vendors and Buyers
Mythex lets a real estate agency build the tools the portals do not give it: a site that wins valuations, a buyer CRM that matches people to new listings, viewing booking that respects each owner's access times, and a portal where sellers see feedback. You describe how your office works in chat, check the live preview, and publish with a real database behind it.
What an agency office actually juggles
Listings sit on the big portals, but the work around them happens by phone and in personal diaries. A buyer rings about a three-bed, gets booked for Saturday, and nobody records that they still have a flat to sell. A vendor waits a week for viewing feedback and starts talking to the agent down the road. Valuations that did not list are forgotten, even though half of those owners sell within a year. What an agency needs is one shared record of properties, applicants, appointments and offers that every negotiator updates, plus a website that proves you sell homes on the owner's street.
- Applicants stored with budget, areas, bedrooms and selling position
- Viewing slots limited to the times each owner or tenant allows
- Feedback logged within a day and visible to the vendor
- Every valuation kept, listed or not, with a call-back date
- Offers and the sale progressed from acceptance to completion
- Commission and co-agent splits recorded when the deal is agreed
What you can build for real estate agencies
A site that wins instructions, not only enquiries
Portals bring buyers; your own site has to win sellers. Show each listing with photos, floor plan, price and a status of for sale, under offer or sold. Add recently sold homes per area with days on market, area guides for the neighbourhoods you actually cover, agent profiles by patch, and a valuation request on every page.
Build a website for my real estate agency. Listings with photos, floor plan, price and status (for sale, under offer, sold), a recently sold page per neighbourhood with days on market, agent profiles by area, and a valuation request form on every page asking for address and when they plan to move.
A buyer and vendor CRM that matches homes to people
Store each applicant's budget, areas, bedrooms, must-haves, mortgage position and whether they have a home to sell. When a new listing goes in, the CRM lists the applicants it suits. Vendors and landlords carry their property details and every past valuation, and the pipeline runs from valuation to listing, offer and completion.
Make a CRM for a real estate agency. Applicants have budget, areas, bedrooms, must-haves, mortgage agreed in principle yes or no, and property to sell yes or no. When I add a listing, show the applicants who match. Vendors have property details and a valuation history. Pipeline: valuation, listed, under offer, sold.
Viewing booking that respects the owner's diary
Each property gets its own allowed viewing windows, set by the owner or tenant. Buyers pick a slot, give contact details and say whether finance is arranged. Valuation requests route to the agent who covers that postcode, and open houses take registrations up to a cap.
Create a viewing booking system for my agency. Each property has its own allowed viewing times. Buyers choose a slot and tell us their mortgage status and whether they need to sell first. Valuation bookings go to the agent covering that area. Open houses have registration with a maximum of 20 groups.
A seller portal that ends the silence
Sellers log in and see viewings booked, feedback from each one, offers received and the stage of the sale. Buyers with an accepted offer track progress to completion. Contracts and disclosures sit in private storage, shared only with the parties to that transaction.
Build a client portal for my real estate agency. Sellers see viewings, feedback and offers on their property. Buyers with an accepted offer see sale progress. Documents are private to each transaction and every client sees only their own.
An office diary for viewings, valuations and cover
Negotiator calendars hold viewings, valuations and completions together, with travel time between areas. Photographer and surveyor visits are booked against the property. Saturday cover rotates across the team so the same two people are not always on.
Make a team scheduling app for an estate agency. Each agent's calendar shows viewings, valuations and completions, with 20 minutes travel between different areas. Photographer and surveyor visits link to a property. Rotate Saturday cover fairly across five agents.
The numbers a branch manager checks on Monday
Listings by status with days on market, valuations booked against instructions won per agent, sales agreed with expected completion dates, and commission earned and forecast. The valuation-to-instruction rate is the early warning that pricing or presentation needs work.
Build a dashboard for my agency showing listings by status with days on market, valuations booked versus listings won per agent, sales in progress with expected completion month, and commission earned and forecast by agent.
Day one: what to load first
Start with the live stock and the applicants on your phones. Import listings with address, price, status and owner, and every buyer who has viewed in the last three months with their budget and position. Then turn on viewing booking for two or three properties with simple access rules. Once feedback flows into the seller portal for those homes, add the rest. Old valuations can come in from a spreadsheet later; give each one a call-back month.
- Live listings with owner and access times
- Recent applicants with budget and position
- Valuations with a call-back month
Personal data and property records
Buyers share finances, sellers share why they are moving, and contracts carry signatures. Ask for logins, per-client access on the portal and private file storage. Mythex builds those into the app; the property and data protection rules where you trade are yours to follow, including what you may say about offers to other parties.
Questions
Can buyers book viewings online?
Yes. Each property can carry its own allowed viewing times, and buyers pick from those slots. The booking form can ask about mortgage status and onward chain so you know who is ready.
Will it replace the property portals?
No. Portals are where most buyers search, so keep listing there. Your own site and CRM handle what portals do not: valuation requests, matching applicants, viewings and vendor updates.
Can I show listings from my existing system?
You can import a CSV export of your stock into the app's database. Live syncing with a specific property system depends on that system offering an API, which you would connect yourself.
Do I need to code?
No. You describe what you want in plain language and change it by chatting. The code is there if you want it, editable on Pro.
Can negotiators use it on their phones?
The published app works in any phone browser. On Pro, Mythex can also turn it into Android and iPhone apps that open your published app, so updates reach them each time you publish.
Is it free?
The Free plan needs no card and gives daily credits to build and publish. Pro is $25/month and adds a custom domain, code editing, export and GitHub.
